Remote Support
DL I.T. Solutions uses TeamViewer, which allows us to securely connect to your computer through a Virtual Private Network (VPN), anytime and anywhere in the world. Our technicians can remotely access your computers in real time and often resolve your issues without the need for a call-out.
If you require remote support from DL I.T., please download our help file, which will allow us to access your machine securely.
There are two versions of the file; one for PCs (Windows) and one for Macs (OS X).
Instructions for installation
1. Click on the OK button
2. Click on the Run button
3. Click on the RUN button
4. Give your DL I.T. engineer the ID number and allow him to do the rest
